We specialize in parrot accessories and toys, including perches, feeders, and enrichment items tailored to keep your feathered friends happy and healthy.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. A flat shipping fee of 5 SGD applies for orders within Singapore and 15 SGD for international orders.
3. How long does delivery take?
10-15 business days (may vary depending on the destination country)
Please note that shipping times may be affected by customs or unforeseen delays.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders come with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Do you offer customized products?
Currently, we do not offer customization. However, we’re always looking to expand our offerings, so stay tuned for updates!
